| Our corporate finance teams in Asia and in the United States, offer a comprehensive range of services to quoted and unquoted companies. Our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team focuses on identifying, structuring, and executing diverse and innovative equity transactions that will be attractive to global investors.
We advise on all aspects of raising finance through private investments to full public listings on international exchanges. We also advise on all types of merger and acquisition activities and strategic investments, both into, and from, China, and Asia. The department also provides corporate clients with assistance in managing their communications with the market; its scope of activities is designed to help clients succeed in ever-changing financing environments.
The range of our services includes private equity and pre-IPO fundraisings as well as IPO's and RTO's in the US exchanges. We also provide independent financial advisory services, advice on acquisitions and disposals of companies and the finding of strategic or financial investors. Our main focus is in three areas:
- Advisory Services. Strategic and financial planning, due diligence and preparation for institutional financing, market entry, and research and valuation services.
- Secondary Equity Placements - $25 and $10o million of institutional PIPE equity capital for existing public Chinese companies.
- M&A and Strategic Alliances. Access to United States commercial markets through carefully structured partnerships and acquisitions.
